I am looking for some options of great places to take groups of 8-12 people (guys and gals) in Vegas that come with good scenery and food, something business casual or better. Food and atmosphere are key here. What can you guys recommend?

There’s a million steakhouses . The golden steer is a historical spot . If your after killer Thai lotus of Siam . If you want a killer buffet the Wynn or Caesar’s has amazing buffet.

Fago D Chao Brazilian Steak House on Flamingo in the Hughes Center across from the Tuscany fits what you are looking for.

Place looks pretty damn good and pricing seems pretty fair for a joint like this....

premium /indulgent cuts anyone?

If I went here, I would not eat anything for about 24hours prior to going and probably for 24hours after as well...lol

Don't go to a chain. Lotus of Siam is an excellent choice and is nationally recognized as outstanding. With that size of a group, you could try many different dishes and I think it would be a great time. Look up the Red Rock Casino location and you can also have the experience of seeing that property. If you don't want to make that trip, there is the original location on the strip. Also look at Bootleggers for an old-time Vegas Italian experience. Food it very good and this is a short ride from anywhere on the south strip. Those are two experiences that your group could not get elsewhere in the US.

Fogo is the best of the Brazilian steakhouses but keep in mind they are a chain. That list of steaks looks short. They usually also serve leg of lamb, rack of lamb and they serve the porterhouse cut like Peter Lugers does. Excellent restaurant though. I am a regular at the Miami Beach location.
